    I knew 1, 3 and 4.
    Third answer is 'Canara Industrial & Banking Syndicate Ltd'.
    was established around 70-80 yrs ago. recently celebrated 75 yr anniversary i guess 5 yrs ago.

  3. I guess i misunderstood the Cash-for-clunkers program.
    i thought it was something like an exchange offer. didnt know there were financial incentives to it.
